2014 Asian Political Methodology Meeting in Tokyo
We are pleased to announce the first Asian Political Methodology Meeting to be held January 6 and 7, 2014 on the Ookayama campus of the Tokyo Institute of Technology in Tokyo, Japan. This conference is jointly sponsored by the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Gakushuin University, and Princeton University (Program for the Quantitative and Analytical Political Science).
We aim to have a small, intensive two-day conference focusing on quantitative methods and their applications. The conference consists of both paper and poster presentations. Although the conference seeks to promote the advancement of quantitative social science research in Asia, we welcome participation by any researcher around the world. Gary King of Harvard University will be the keynote speaker. We plan to make this an annual event and our next conferences will be held in Taipei (2015), Seoul (2016), and Beijing (2017).
